As a long-time enthusiast and collector of sex dolls, I have always been intrigued by the technological advancements in the industry. Secondly, leaving the doll on a bed imprinted the blanket’s texture onto her skin, some of which has become permanent.

In the photo, the before/after difference isn’t that visible, but believe me, in person, it’s much, much worse!

Maintenance Challenges

With intricate systems that are hard to access, maintenance becomes a concern. Two primary problems I encountered were:

Durability: Despite careful upkeep, the system ceased to function after about a year, leaving me with just a working power brick.

Considering Starpery’s New Version

However, my new and trusted vendor recommended against it. It’s unfortunate that an initially impressive system lacks post-sales support.

My Recommendation

Opt for a heating blanket! It performs far better than an internal system, heating the surface that matters most to you while preserving the structure. For my setup, I use two electric heating blankets—one for the top and one for the bottom, ensuring rapid warming. Alternatively, you can purchase a larger one and wrap it around for the same effect.

In conclusion, while the heating feature in sex dolls might seem like an exciting innovation, it’s not without its flaws. As with any new technology, it’s crucial to approach it with caution and do your research before making a decision. For now, I’ll be sticking with the traditional, non-heated dolls, and I suggest you do the same.
